Been living in our new home now four weeks not worrying about paying the electric and gas to keep our three bedroom house warm very cozy in the van.
Grandchildren have been up and how can you go wrong with a garden over a acre big for them to run around in and you dont have to cut the grass!
Four weeks which has gone by quite quick spent two weeks at Weeley and sorted out where everything was going to be stored set up a annexe for the Gerbil and Hamster having to cover them at night bit like what you do to budgies to make sure they keep warm! the temperature did drop low one night but they have been fine.
Have moved from Weeley to Little Clacton, its fine but different to weeley without electrics so have to get use to prolonging battery life by limiting television but have now invested in a larger solar panel so should keep it topped up if we get enough british sunshine! Do alot more walking now with Paddy surprising how relaxing it is after work to just unwind by walking the local fields in occasional sunshine but saying that we have only had one wet day.
Had one windy night so far but with tie down kit etc the awning held up to the weather.
Moved back to Weeley on our four week anniversary to a lovely day of sunshine to set up in.
Now have a better awning which is better quality so should see us through some rough weather. Heidi is happier now as she can use her xbox and her hair straightners!
